Biographical Information:

Hanna M. Szczepanowska (PhD) is a Senior Conservation Scientist at the Heritage Conservation Centre, National Heritage Board, in Singapore. She was previously a Research Conservator at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC. As a Fulbright Scholar, she worked in Malta and Egypt assisting museums with environmental issues. Her book, Conservation of Cultural Heritage: Key Principles and Approaches, was recently published by Routledge, UK.
