Build Your Schedule

Use our online calendar tool, Sched, to create your own unique plan for your annual meeting experience. Sched also allows you to see who else is attending sessions and events at the meeting. There will also be a mobile app version to Sched to use on mobile devices so you can easily access your calendar on the go!

Check Early and Often!

While we are very excited to start sharing the incredible programming to come at the meeting, this is still a preliminary schedule. As we are able to confirm events, speakers, and timing, we will be frequently updating Sched to reflect the most current version of our program. Please be sure to check back as you continue to plan your meeting experience. We may need to change capacities, times, and locations as we go. If you are concerned about booking travel or would like to verify dates, please feel free to email us at annualmeeting@conservation-us.org or call the AIC office at 202-452-9545.
