AIC's 47th Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall will take place Wednesday, May 15, and Thursday, May 16, 2019, at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT.

Get your product or service noticed by the leaders in the conservation profession. Be a part of the largest gathering of service providers in North America for conservators. Over 85% of attendees are conservators with buying power. When surveyed, 98% of attendees said that the Exhibit Hall contained products and services relevant to their jobs. Most attendees are conservators both in private practices and leaders in their perspective organizations. The conference also attracts a handful of students that are up and coming in the field of conservation. All attendees enjoy the opportunity to network with fellow conservators and to learn about new products in the industry. The exhibit hall is a key part of our attendees’ Annual Meeting experience.

To encourage attendees to visit the exhibit hall, AIC will be placing the food and beverage breaks strategically around the Exhibit Hall. This will help to increase traffic directly to your booth. We also have full listings in the Program book to encourage attendees to visit your booth.

Exhibitor Policies

Payment Due Dates: Deposit must accompany exhibit reservation form. Balance of fees must be received by February 16th, 2019 or the booth may be released at AIC's discretion. Full payment must accompany reservations made after February 16th, 2019.

Exhibit Cancellation: Written notification of cancellation must be received by AIC prior to March 9th, 2019. Payment will be refunded less 50% deposit. Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds to any exhibitors canceling after this date. 

Liability: Neither AIC nor any officer or staff member thereof will be liable for any personal injury to any and all persons or property caused by the exhibitor, his/her agents, representatives or employees. The exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless AIC, its members, officers, directors, and employees against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any and all damage to property or personal injury caused by an exhibitor or his/her agents, employees or other persons.

Meeting Cancellation: In the event of meeting cancellation due to fire, strikes, government regulations or other causes beyond AIC's control, AIC shall not be liable for failure to hold the Joint Annual Meeting and Conference and exhibits, and AIC shall determine the amount of exhibit fees to be refunded. All exhibitors are required to set their booths in such a way that they do not obstruct the sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. Booth selections will be made by a combination of: the order that reservation agreement and deposit are received by AIC and total Joint Annual Meeting and Conference Sponsorship.

3rd Party Contact "Vendors": AIC does not contract with 3rd parties to sell its attendee or member data. Any company approaching an exhibitor with a prospective "Conservation Professionals Database" is fraudulent. For additional marketing opportunities to our members and attendees, please always contact AIC staff at annualmeeting@conservation-us.org.
